5:366 Preserved lemons

I am in the mood to take in inspiration from everywhere. In the b&b where we are staying I came across this still life and immediately thought of my excess lemons.

    Lots of fruit here in Tasmania at the moment. I have been stewing, eating and now thinking of maybe drying some of the apricots.
